A little about me:

My approach is focused on assisting people in overcoming obstacles that get in the way of their relationships and emotional and occupational functioning. Typically the clients I see are looking for support but are open to finding new ways in tackling everyday stressors, and communication issues. Many of my clients are dealing with increased frustration, irritability, and/or feel unable to manage their emotions. Some of my clients may have some type of medical issue that affects them cognitively or emotionally. This includes chronic illness, traumatic brain injury, cancer, and/or somatic illness. I also conduct cognitive assessments for a variety of neurological diagnoses (i.e. memory loss, ADHD, and brain injury). I received my Doctorate in Clinical Psychology at the Illinois School of Professional Psychology and completed my internship and two-year fellowship at Mount Sinai-Icahn School of Medicine specializing in rehabilitation and neuropsychology.
